To recreate the impression of beads of rain upon a window, we hand press the glass. The Rainy Night finish is made from streaking an eggplant-black glaze over silver. Hammered Ore is also now available as a standard finish for more rustic settings

The Varaluz Lighting Company 160B03RN Rain 3-Light Bath Light was inspired by the memory of sudden summer afternoon thunderstorms. There is nothing more relaxing as seeing and hearing the rain pelt against the window panes and on a tin roof. To recreate the impression of beads of rain upon a window, we hand-pressed the glass using recycled glass. The 160B03RN can be placed in bathroom over a mirror as a focal point with its rainy day looking glass, or over a kitchen sink on the wall for that dramatic touch with its contemporary design. Varaluz can meet the lighting needs of your interior environment with a variety of different fixtures for many tastes with the style-conscious consumer in mind. The 160B03RN measures 22-3/4-Inch wide by 10-Inch high by 4-1/2-Inch extension from the wall, and uses three 100-watt medium base incandescent bulbs which can be dimmed using a standard incandescent dimmer. For a more energy efficient, non-dimmable option, use three medium base CFL bulbs (sold separately). This item is sold one per package, includes all the mounting hardware, and three shades.
